的 Office of Financial Aid works in conjunction with Student Business Services在新窗口中打开 to pay accepted financial aid awards to students. 的se payment are called "disbursement" and begins the week before classes start each semester. 

With the exception of 查批准, 所有财政援助, including 父母+ loans, will first be applied to all charges, which includes but not limited to: Mandatory state, 学校的费用, and housing charges - if residing on campus.   2. All student's financial aid will be re-evaluated at the census date - established by Admission and Records - based on locked enrollment. Student can be billed if enrollment drop below full-time.
